We test and support students and adults who believe they may have difficulties in reading and writing, due to a potential of having dyslexia. We have a Charted Psychologist who you can book and speak to, who can arrange for a detailed assessment. They can also support and teach strategies to help to deal with the difficulties of dyslexia.
The detailed assessment will take approx 2.5-3hrs
Please note there is no waiting room facility here for parents.
Parents cannot watch whilst the testing takes place, as this will add unnecessary stress to the student.
1) You will be introduced to the Psychologist first, who will note the students details and listen to the parent's concerns.
2) An explanation of how the tests will be conducted will be explained.
3) The test will take place and the scoring will be recorded
4) The test will be completed and the student will be collected
5) The report will be provided after 2 weeks. If you require a report quickly, this can be arranged too.
Diagnostic reports are used for DSA applications for University and College students and for Secondary students for additional time and support for GCSE Exams.
Please call us to book an appointment.
